Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the provision of data is by its very nature optional. Failure to provide the requested data, however, may prevent the Company from fulfilling the requests received.

The data collected will be processed by means of electronic or in any case automated, computerised and telematic instruments, or by means of manual processing with logic strictly related to the purposes for which the personal data were collected and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee their security. The data are kept for the time strictly necessary to manage the purposes for which the data are collected in compliance with current regulations and legal obligations.

In any case, the Data Controller practices rules that prevent the storage of data indefinitely and therefore limits the storage time in accordance with the principle of minimising data processing.

The data collected is processed by the Data Controller itself in compliance with the regulations in force. The data collected, if necessary or instrumental to the performance of the aforementioned purposes, may be processed by third parties appointed as "External Data Processors", or, as the case may be, communicated to the same as autonomous data controllers, namely:

  • persons, companies, associations or professional firms providing assistance and consultancy to our Company, for administrative purposes and for the fulfilment of legal obligations such as those of an accounting or tax nature, or to comply with requests from judicial authorities
  • companies, bodies, associations carrying out services connected with and instrumental to the performance of the above purposes (market analysis and research service, credit card payment management, computer system maintenance, etc.)

The data collected may also be transferred abroad, even outside the European Union, to service companies used by the Data Controller for the provision of certain services such as, for example, the management of mailing lists or the analysis and management of site navigation data.

Such transfer, should it take place, will be carried out in the form and manner provided for by the legislation in force, guaranteeing in any case an adequate level of data protection. In any case, personal data will never be disseminated.

Rights of the data subject


At any time Users have the right (art.7 D. Lgs. 196/2003 and GDPR 679/2016) to request and or obtain from the Company the following:

    You may at any time request confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning you (e.g. is there an email address traceable to me in your records?).
  2. Origin of data
    If there is personal data in our possession, the user may at any time request the exact origin of the data (e.g. data obtained through an information request, newsletter subscription, etc.).
  3. Ownership and purpose
    Should personal data exist in our possession, the user will be free to request the reason for its existence, the purpose for which it was recorded and its actual use.
  4. Rectification
    In the event of personal data recorded by the site being inaccurate, it will always be possible to obtain rectification.
  5. Limitation of processing
    You may at any time impose restrictions on the processing and use of your Personal Data (e.g. revocation of consent to use for advertising or promotional purposes)
  6. Deletion (right to be forgotten)

The request for the information listed above may be renewed at a minimum interval of 90 days, except in those cases where there is just cause: deletion or amendment of such data due to violation of the law; deletion of those data that cannot be used for the reasons for which they were collected.
